When you visit our website, we collect relevant information about you which is used to adapt and improve the content shown on the site. If you do not want us to collect information, you should delete your cookies and avoid further use of the website. Below, we have further explained which information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.

Third-party cookies

The website uses Google Analytics which is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyse the behaviour of users on the site and to prepare statistics. We use these statistics to improve the user friendliness on the website.

The website also sets cookies from Google. These cookies are used to target advertisements at you based on what is considered most relevant on the basis of the content of the websites you visit and have visited previously.

Please note that such targeting occurs on other websites apart from this one.

Cookies from Google Adwords provide the opportunity to follow the effect of advertisements shown on Google in connection with searches. We want to show only relevant advertisements in relation to searches and cookies make it possible for us to see whether the user has found the requested page, product or information.

Personal data

Personal data is all kinds of information that relates to you to some extent. When you use certain services and content from our website, we collect and process such information. Information is processed if you book a meeting, sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys or register as a user or subscriber.

Typically, we collect and process the following types of data: A unique ID and technical data about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests).

To the extent that you yourself consent to it and enter the information yourself we also process: Name, e-mail address and telephone number. This will typically be in connection with your signing up for newsletters and booking of meetings.

Personal data when signing up for newsletters

We send newsletters only to recipients who have chosen this and registered. If you have received our newsletter without having given us your acceptance, it may be because somebody you know has sent the newsletter on to you.

We store your data in a database on a protected server. Only the webmaster of Multiform in cooperation with an external collaborator has access to your data.

We guarantee that we do not disclose or sell your e-mail address or other personal data to other enterprises. You can at any time unsubscribe the newsletter in a link at the bottom of the e-mail.

Personal data in connection with booking of meetings

If you book a meeting on the website, your data will be disclosed to the Multiform store you have selected. When the meeting has been recorded, the personal data will be deleted from the website. However, the data will remain in an anonymised form for subsequent statistical purposes.

Personal data in connection with an event

In connection with e.g. events in Multiform stores, we occasionally have photographers who take pictures of situations for digital use on Multiform’s platforms. The pictures are available only to the management of Multiform and are deleted after a maximum period of five years.


In accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act, your personal data must be stored in a manner that ensures appropriate security and confidentiality of the personal data. We store your personal data on computers to which there is very limited access. We have taken technical and organisational measures against accidental or unlawful deletion, publication, loss, impairment, unauthorised disclosure, abuse or other processing of your data contrary to legislation.


Personal data is used first and foremost to provide the service for which the data was collected, e.g. to send a newsletter. In addition to this, the data is used to identify you as a user and show you the advertisements that will be most relevant for you.

In addition to this, we use the data to optimise our services and content.

Period of storage

The data is stored for the period permitted in accordance with legislation and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage.

Therefore, it is not possible to state a general time frame for the deletion of data.

Disclosure of data

Data on your use of the website, the advertisements you receive and advertisements that you may click on, geographical location, gender and age segment etc. is passed on to third parties in so far as such data is known. You can see which third parties in the paragraph “Third-party cookies” above. The data is used for the targeting of advertisements and statistics.

In addition to this, we use a number of third parties for storage (a hosting firm) and processing of data (iProspect). These third parties process the data exclusively on our behalf and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.

Personal data such as name and e-mail address etc. will be disclosed only with your consent. We use only data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection of your data.

Access and complaints

You are entitled to be informed of the personal data we process about you. In addition to this, you can at any time object to the use of data. You can also withdraw your consent to processing of your data. If the data on you we process is wrong you are entitled to have such data corrected or deleted.
