Your rights

You have the right to be informed of what personal data we process about you. However, this is subject to certain legal exceptions. You can also object to the collection and further processing of your personal data at any time.

If the information processed about you is inaccurate or outdated, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Enquiries regarding this can be made to, after which we delete your personal data without undue delay, unless we have a legal basis for continuing the processing, e.g. if the processing is necessary to establish, exercise or reject a legal claim or is necessary for the performance of a contract.

Under certain circumstances, you may also request that we provide you with an overview of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

With regard to such requests, we kindly ask you to provide us with relevant information so that we can process your request, including your full name and email address so that we can identify you. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and within one month.

Social media

Multiform uses Facebook (including Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. Multiform is the data controller for the data we process ourselves on social media. In some cases, Multiform will act as joint data controller together with social media companies, such as Facebook (including Instagram) and LinkedIn. Multiform complies with the European Regulators Group’s guidelines on shared data responsibility and, as far as possible, Multiform ensures that you receive information about the processing of your personal data when you visit our social media pages. This information supplements the general privacy policy that you receive from each individual social media website. How we process your personal data on social media and for what purpose

Multiform uses your personal data, such as behaviour (e.g. likes, comments and visits) and other available information on social media to develop, improve and protect our products and services as well as for statistical purposes. Multiform processes your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our products and services in accordance with GDPR Art. 6 (1) f.

Social media collect statistical information about the behaviour of their visitors for their own purposes through cookies and pixels on your devices when you visit their websites. Each cookie contains a unique identification code that remains active for a certain period of time unless it is deleted before the end of this period. How we share your personal data

Multiform does not share your personal data with third parties at any time through social media.

Social media may share your personal data internally between their legal entities and externally between their partners in the form of analytical tools, marketing agencies, customer surveys, and academics. Such sharing may involve a transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA. For more information, see the specific social media’s privacy policy, the links to which are provided above.


Your social media rights

The way in which social media are structured means that, as a rule, you must contact the social media provider directly if you wish to exercise your rights. This is because, in practice, only social media are able to take the necessary steps to accommodate most of your inquiries.
